Turning Technologies is dedicated to providing the best quality service to our customers. Should you wish to return your Turning Technologies product, we will be glad to provide you with a refund or replacement product under the following Return Policy.
If your ResponseCard is returned within 30 days from the shipping date, a refund or a replacement product of equal value will be provided. For intangible products purchased online such as a ResponseWare license code, you may receive a full refund if it is within 14 business days of purchase.
Products showing signs of wear, alterations, or damage by the consumer will not be accepted. All returns must be accompanied with original packaging and documentation.
Shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise are not refundable, unless the item was defective or an order error by Turning Technologies occurred. This does not include errors made by the customer when ordering products.
Refunds can only be credited to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Please allow 14 business days for Turning Technologies to receive and process refunds and 2-3 weeks for exchanges to be sent. (Note: Allow for standard US holidays.) Credit card refunds may require two billing cycles before they appear on your statement.
